The purpose of this course is for individuals to explore the importance of self-care as part of their healing journey. The goal of this course is to help individuals to understand how trauma impacts their relationship with others and themselves, develop and put into action a self-care plan in order to attain or sustain a thriving life and environment. 

Handouts accompany this course and can be used throughout your healing journey.

Are there requirements or prerequisites for this course?

There are no prerequisites for this course. However, to make the course manageable it is released over weeks by the Module order. It is open to anyone who desires to know more about how to release the hurt and pain of the past.

Your success in this course depends on your ability to put the information into action. The information is simple, but understanding the information is inadequate. You have to be willing to do the activities, participate in discussions or private fb group and implement the strategies in your life.

Is there a particular audience this course is geared toward?

This course is geared toward those who are tired of hurting from toxic relationships, parents, and other traumas they are ready to take action to release that pain.
