Course Description

From a toxic relationship, abusive parent, harm against your body and/or mind, many have stories that include these harmful and impactful events. Few, however, can let that hurt go so they can move on with their lives without the past interfering.

People tend to get caught in their pain and harm after they have been hurt. There are mental, emotional, and physical reasons why it is difficult to release this hurt.

One area that can make it hard to release the pain is the misinterpretation of what forgiveness is. People often think forgiveness releases the other person of anything that happened. You’ll discover this is incorrect.

This course will help you develop strategies and activities to recognize one’s personal authority, self-consideration, changing their thoughts, and discovering how to manage emotions and feelings.

In this course, you’ll learn:

  • Why forgiveness is critical to your mental, emotional, and physical health
  • How childhood beliefs can interfere with releasing the pain
    You have the power within you to release the pain
  • Forgiveness brings freedom
  • Strategies to assist you in forgiving and letting go


Are there requirements or prerequisites for this course?

There are no prerequisites for this course. However, to make the course manageable it is released over three weeks by the Module order. It is open to anyone who desires to know more about how to release the hurt and pain of the past.

Your success in this course depends on your ability to put the information into action. The information is simple, but understanding the information is inadequate. You have to be willing to do the activities, participate in discussions or private fb group and implement the strategies in your life.

Is there a particular audience this course is geared toward?

This course is geared toward those who are tired of hurting from toxic relationships, parents, and other traumas they are ready to take action to release that pain.
